When Chanel met george

VIDEO: Shortly after George arrived at Belvoir in 2018, Chanel the leader of our herd decided to check out George. After all, he was the only male amongst 5 female horses and he had not been assigned a place in the pecking order and at this point he was at the end of the list. To their and our surprise this encounter was the start of a lasting love affair and George soon rose to a high ranking on the herds pecking order, always right behind his leader. Over the years George’s self confidence grew so much that sometimes we wonder who’s the boss.
